Course Delivery Method and Format

  • Live-Online Interactive courses are hosted on the Zoom platform

  • You can interact with the lecturer by using the chat function or verbally

  • Participants of the course must have the capability of audio and viewing video (Closed Caption is available)

How to Register

  • Select the class you wish to register for.

  • Enter all requested information.

  • Please note, enter your name exactly as you want it printed on your certificate.

How Do I Sign In?

This is a LIVE Zoom session and will start on-time. Please follow these steps to ensure that you are able to attend:

  • Once you register check your email. The link for the Live Zoom session will be emailed to you. You will be registered for the event but you will need this link to attend.

  • This event will start ON TIME. Please sign in 5 - 10 minuets early to ensure that you have no technical issues that need to be addressed.

  • If you do need assistance or have not received an email with your Zoom link, please email [email protected] ASAP. You can also reach out via our LIVE chat.

  • What platform will the class be held on?

    The class will take place on Zoom.

  • What will be my method of communication with the lecturer?

    You are able to interact with the lecturer by using the chat function or verbally (if you have a working microphone).

  • When I complete the course, how will I be able to access my certificate?

    After completing the course (with a correct Code entered), your certificate will be generated and housed within your account. On the left side of your Dashboard, click on My Account and then Certificates to access your certificate(s).

Grievance Policy

All complaints and grievances are reviewed by the social work consultant within 10 working days. Formal grievances are required to be written and will be responded to within 10 business days.
