Introduction to Motivational Interviewing (MI) is a text-based educational opportunity for mental health providers. This workshop is designed to be a brief introduction to the theory and skills of Motivational Interviewing. Motivational Interviewing (MI) is often recommended as an evidence-based approach to behavior change and has proven to be effective with patients.
