Course Completion Requirements

In order to receive your course completion certificate you must. . .

  • Read all the content in the self study course.

  • Complete post-test with a passing grade of 80%.

  • Once you pass the post exam and complete the course survey you will have the opportunity to save download or print your completion certificate.

How to Register

  • Register for the course by completing all necessary information on the registration page.

  • After you register for the course, you will have access to the course. You are enrolled in the course for 30 days.

  • Requirements for Registration

    In order for CHI Professional Development to award you a Certificate of Completion, I am required to obtain certain information from you. The information requested is dependent on what course you are taking.

  • Grievances

    All complaints and grievances are reviewed by the social work consultant within 10 working days. Formal grievances are required to be written and will be responded to within 10 business days.

  • ADA Compliance
